We shortlist the best candidates and you confirm your preferred candidate. Sign a simple agreement: flat monthly fee, 60-day notice period, invoiced monthly on 28-day terms.
Generally 2–6 weeks from brief to first day on the job.
On Day 1 we run a 90-minute company induction covering Platintel policies, procedures, and health & safety — on your behalf.
We hand over to you for role-specific training. Need help with that too? We can train staff on your behalf, free of charge.
Once onboarded, our local team leads to monitor performance, track attendance, and run regular reviews — so your offshore tech team stays on standard.
